| What
can I expect when I visit the Sukyo Mahikari center?
TThe
New York center of Sukyo Mahikari is a place where people from many walks of life
and different religions come to give and receive Light and to develop themselves
in order to achieve their true potential as human beings. When you visit the center,
a Sukyo Mahikari member will give you Light. Please plan on spending about one
hour each visit to receive Light and learn more about this practice. Typically,
people make an offering [no minimum amount required] to show their appreciation
for receiving the Light and teachings.
If you wish to help others and achieve
personal growth through this practice, we recommend that you visit the center
often. In addition to receiving Light, you can participate in service and prayers.
You will also receive guidelines and coaching to help your progress and to answer
your questions. You can also learn how to give Light and be of service in this
way.
The Sukyo Mahikari organization is a growing network of people in
more than 70 countries who are working to help others and make the world a more
positive place. For more information, talk with a Sukyo Mahikari staff member.
We also recommend that you read the book Gods
Light and Universal Principles for All Humanity. |
