This
book introduces Sukyo Mahikari, a God-centered approach to living
that can help people to grow spiritually, to enjoy better health
and well being, and to live in greater harmony with others and with
nature.
The tools that Sukyo Mahikari would like to share with
everyone are the art of True Light, the spiritual practice of giving
and receiving Gods Light, and the teachings concerning universal
principles and Gods plan.
Through the practice of giving and receiving Gods
Light, people can awaken to the existence of God and the invisible
spiritual realm which have a profound influence on human life. By
practicing the art of True Light as well as the teachings concerning
universal principles, people can experience positive changes in
their lives and develop a close relationship with God.
In this way, it will be possible to achieve the aim
of Gods plan the establishment of a heaven-like and
joyful civilization on Earth where people are happy and live in
harmony with each other and with nature.
