This collection
of short teachings by the founder of our organizations first appeared
in the Japanese edition of the Sukyo Mahikari Journal. They are
excerpts from teachings that Sukuinushisama gave since the very
founding of the organization—at divine ceremonies, during staff
training sessions, and on other occasions.
All of these teachings are “golden
teachings” that will helm human beings restore their
divine nature as true children of God. They provide invaluable points
on the practice of faith directed toward God.
Oshienushisama, the second
spiritual leader, has granted permission for these teachings to
be published in the hope that they will serve as great guideposts
for life in the holy twenty-first century.
As members of Sukyo Mahikari know, the divine plan has entered a
period of rapid change. At this critical stage in human history,
let us do our best to respond to the love (divine will) expressed
in these teachings. Let us be thorough in our practice of each of
these teachings and strive to become God-centered people for the
coming spiritual civilization, whose example can help save others.
Now is the time when we must devote ourselves to establishing a
yoko civilization and making the twenty-first century a truly holy
one.
